Πληροφορείσθε, ότι από την Τετάρτη, 1η Ιουλίου 2020 επαναλειτουργεί το σύστημα ραντεβού για την εξυπηρέτηση του κοινού στο Γενικό Προξενείο. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι για παροχή προξενικών υπηρεσιών θα πρέπει να προκρατήσουν την θέση τους, καθώς, λόγω της πανδημίας του COVID19, και για την τήρηση όλων των ιατρικών πρωτοκόλλων για προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας, η προσέλευση του κοινού θα γίνεται με ελεγχόμενη ροή, και συνεπώς, η διαθεσιμότητα ραντεβού θα είναι περιορισμένη.
Μπορείτε να κλείσετε το ραντεβού σας στην ιστοσελίδα www.cyprusinuk.com (Consular Appointments tab) ή πατώντας ΕΔΩ. Παρακαλούμε όπως αποφεύγεται η χρήση Google Chrome. Συνίσταται η πρόσβαση μέσω Explorer, Firefox κλπ.
Το σύστημα επαναλειτουργεί για τις ακόλουθες υπηρεσίες:
(a) Application for the acquisition of Cypriot citizenship (by British and other third country nationals),
(b) First Issue of Identity Card AND Passport (for both documents following the acquisition of Cypriot citizenship)*,
(c) Renewal of ID Card OR Passport OR Issuance of Emergency Travel Document (for Cypriot nationals only and for one of these documents only)*,
(d) Legalization of Signature / Power of Attorney.
* Note that for those who want to renew BOTH their existing ID and Passport, they should book an appointment under Category B΄.
* Note that for renewing your ID and/or Passport you must have with you your expired ID card or to know its number or your Certificate of Registration of Cypriot citizenship.
Για επείγουσες περιπτώσεις αίτησης για έκδοση Επείγοντος Ταξιδιωτικού Εγγράφου (laissez–passer) μπορείτε να μάς ενημερώνετε με email στο hclconsular@mfa.gov.cy εξηγώντας την υπόθεση και θα επικοινωνούμε εμείς μαζί σας.
Οι αιτήσεις για έκδοση Πιστοποιητικού Μονίμου Διαμονής (για σκοπούς στρατολογίας, εφέδρων κ.λπ.) υποβάλλονται, πλέον, ηλεκτρονικά, με όλα τα απαραίτητα συνοδευτικά, στο email του Γενικού Προξενείου hclconsular@mfa.gov.cy. Για όσους προκρατήσουν ραντεβού, σημειώστε, ότι για λόγους προστασίας της δημόσιας υγείας, η διαδικασία υποδοχής του κοινού έχει ως ακολούθως:
- Μόνον άτομα με ραντεβού μπορούν να εισέλθουν στην Υπάτη Αρμοστεία. Δεν επιτρέπεται η είσοδος σε κανέναν χωρίς ραντεβού. Η είσοδος πραγματοποιείται μόνον την προκαθορισμένη ώρα του ραντεβού. Παρακαλείσθε να είσθε στην ώρα σας για αποφυγή ακύρωσης του ραντεβού.
- Ο χώρος υποδοχής του Γενικού Προξενείου μπορεί να δεχθεί περιορισμένο αριθμό ατόμων την ίδια στιγμή. Παρακαλώ ακολουθείτε τις ειδικές σημάνσεις και την καθοδήγηση του Προσωπικού.
- Κάθεστε μόνον στα καθίσματα που επιτρέπεται.
- Στον χώρο εισέρχονται μόνο τα άτομα που είναι απαραίτητο για την προξενική υπηρεσία που σάς ενδιαφέρει. Άλλοι συνοδοί ή οικεία πρόσωπα θα πρέπει να αναμένουν εκτός του κτηρίου της Υπάτης Αρμοστείας. Εξαιρέσεις θα γίνονται μόνον για άτομα με ιατρικά προβλήματα ή ανήλικα τέκνα.
Για λόγους προστασίας όλων των ατόμων και του προσωπικού, τα άτομα που εισέρχονται θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε:
- Να φορούν μάσκα ή άλλο κάλυμμα του προσώπου,
- Να τηρούν τους κανόνες κοινωνικής απόστασης,
- Να χρησιμοποιούν τους ειδικούς παροχείς αντισηπτικού χεριών.

Please be advised that our online appointment system for consular services resumes operation on Wednesday, 1st July 2020. Members of the public would need to pre-book their appointment at www.cyprusinuk.com (Consular Appointments tab) or by clicking HERE. We advice that you avoid access via Google Chrome. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, compliance with all relevant medical protocols is mandatory for ensuring public health safety. There will also be a controlled operation at the Consulate General and as a result, there will be limited appointment availability at the present stage. This will be reviewed regularly.
We accept bookings for the following services:

For urgent cases of issuing an Emergency Travel Document (laissez-passer) you can inform us by email at hclconsular@mfa.gov.cy explaining the urgency and we will contact you back.
Applications for the issuance of a Permanent Residency Letter for military purposes, will now be submitted electronically, with all relevant documentation sent to hclconsular@mfa.gov.cy. For more information, please refer to our website at https://cyprusinuk.com/military-service-information/.
Regarding applications for the acquisition of Cypriot Citizenship by descent, please check our website at https://cyprusinuk.com/citizenship/ for eligibility and the necessary documentation according to the category for your case. Appointments are not available at the moment. The same applies for VISA applications for third country nationals. Further announcements will follow at a later stage. When you visit us for your appointment please note that the health and safety protocol regarding visits is as follows:
- Only persons who have a confirmed appointment through our online system will be admitted. You are kindly requested to be punctual in order to avoid cancelation of your appointment.
- The Consulate’s reception room can accept only a limited number of people at any given time. Please follow the posted signs and the advice of the Consular Staff.
- Please take a seat only at the designated seats available.
- Entry to our premises will only be allowed to members of the public who have pre-booked an appointment and have to be present for the relevant procedure. Any other persons, friends or family will need to remain outside the premises of the High Commission. Only underage children or persons with serious medical conditions will be exempted.
For the health and safety of all persons and staff, individuals entering the premises of the High Commission must comply with the following precautionary measures:
- Wearing a face covering,
- Following social distancing rules,
- Using the available hand sanitizer dispensers.
